Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective so we can evaluate the issue and make it right if necessary.Β
π¦π My item arrived broken/I have not received:
Each and every item leaving the shop comes FULLY insured. This is for both buyer and seller protection.
β’ Broken In Transit: It is important to KEEP and PHOTOGRAPH any outer packaging that has been damaged in transit. Photos are 100% necessary to make an insurance claim. You will also be asked to provide me with your email address and phone number so I can open the claim.
Once claim has been opened, you will receive an electronic affidavit via email from either Cabrella or U-PIC Insurance (please check JUNK folder if it is not there). This MUST be signed and sent back in order for the claim to take effect and your money refunded.
β’ If you have NOT received your package (but item shows as delivered on tracking)
The same steps as above will need to be taken (minus photographs). If you have not received your package, but item is still showing IN TRANSIT I will work with you to figure out a solution.
Failure to provide ALL necessary details (photos, email and phone number) will result in NO REFUND as I will not be able to open a claim without this.
π Where is my item?!
Tracking may show "pre-transit", which is simply not the case.Β π Please go toΒ chitchats.com/tracking, Canada Post Tracking or USPS Tracking (for USA) and enter the tracking # provided on your receipt.
